Where your data is stored

The website, client portal, database and files run on a server we manage ourselves, in a data centre in Germany. Storage is encrypted. We do not use American cloud storage for project data or drawings.

We send email notifications through an email delivery service. These notifications contain no project content, amounts or attachments, only the message that there is something new in the portal.

Who we share data with

We do not sell data. We only share it with parties needed to deliver our services, and we conclude a data processing agreement with them.

  • Hosting: the data centre in Germany where our server is located
  • Email delivery: for notifications without content
  • Google: only if you choose to sign in with a Google account
  • The Kadaster: for KLIC notifications we submit on behalf of the client

Within a project, only the users of your organisation and the Trayect staff involved can see the project data. This is enforced in the database itself.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict processing, to object and to data portability. Send your request to info@trayect.nl. We respond within one month.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
