Turns a proposed route into a first drawing to NLCS, with dimensions and cross-sections as a starting point for the engineer.
Prepares KLIC notifications and permit applications, reads out the delivery and tracks deadlines until digging starts.
Processes photos, measurements and samples from the field and compares them with the KLIC delivery and the design.
Draws up a bill of quantities and draft budget from the design and prepares the progress report.
Writes project updates, letters for residents and online content, so the surroundings know in time what is happening.
