About Trayect
Engineers who have seen the trench.
Trayect is an engineering firm for cables and pipelines. We engineer MV, LV, gas, water and data, from KLIC notification and trial trench to buildable design and handover. Design and fieldwork sit in one team.

A drawing is only right if it matches the ground.
- 01The problem
Drawings built on assumptions
Designs are often based on KLIC data that does not match what is actually in the ground. You find out when the excavator arrives.
- 02The cause
Field and desk kept apart
Surveying, trial trenches and design often sit with different parties. Information is lost at every handover.
- 03Our answer
One team, one file
We survey, dig trial trenches and draw ourselves. What we find in the field is in the design the same week. That is what drawn for certainty means.
Four commitments you will see in every project.
- P.01
One team for field and design
We do surveying, trial trenches and design ourselves. There is no handover between what we find and what we draw.
- P.02
Transparent through the client portal
You follow your project per step of the 28-step route and formally approve PD, DD and handover, with name, time and version.
- P.03
Always a second engineer
Every drawing follows NLCS and the grid operator’s requirements, and is checked by a second engineer.
