Assignments

All our assignments are subject to De Nieuwe Regeling 2025 (DNR 2025), the standard terms for consultancy and engineering firms in the Netherlands. We include them with every quotation.

In case of conflict, the order confirmation prevails.

Use of the website

The information on this website has been compiled with care but is general in nature. No rights can be derived from it. The agreements in the assignment apply to your project.

Texts, drawings and images on this website are the property of Trayect or their creators. They may only be reused with permission.

The client portal

• An account is personal. Do not share your login details or your two-factor authentication with others.
• The owner of an organisation decides who has access and which role they get.
• An approval in the portal counts as your organisation’s approval of that specific version of the document.
• Approved drawings can be downloaded for 30 days after approval. Save them to your own environment within that period.
• Only upload files that belong to the project and for which you hold the rights.

Availability

We aim for a portal that is always available. It may be briefly unavailable for maintenance. Where possible, we announce this in advance.

Liability

For assignments, the liability provisions of the DNR 2025 apply. We are not liable for the use of the website itself, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the DNR 2025 provides otherwise.
