How a project gets into the ground.

Phase 01 / 06

Intake and KLIC

We file the KLIC notification and combine every existing cable and pipe into one subsurface model. You see what is in the ground before a single line is designed.

Phase 02 / 06

Site-conditions quickscan

We check the area for nature, archaeology, UXO, trees and land ownership. Bottlenecks are on the map, not discovered at the permit stage.

Phase 03 / 06Your approval · PD

Preliminary design

The first route with crossings, chainage and connections. You approve the PD in the client portal, recorded with name, time and version.

Phase 04 / 06

Trial trenches and surveying

Our own crew digs trial trenches and measures actual positions with RTK-GNSS. Here the gas main lies 0.40 m off its KLIC position.

Phase 05 / 06Your approval · DD

Detailed design and permit

The buildable design: depth, an HDD bore under the road and sewer, and the calculations. A second engineer checks it, then we apply for the permit.

Phase 06 / 06Your approval · Handover

Handover

After installation we survey the cable and deliver the as-built and handover file. One file, with every version and every approval.
